Cancellation policy

This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription or prepaid plan before your next billing date. For information about returns, replacements, or issues with delivered items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


1. Monthly Subscription (Recurring)

Your monthly subscription renews automatically through Appstle.

  • Your first payment is when you subscribe.

  • Future payments are billed on the same date each month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. After cancellation, you will continue to receive all editions you have already paid for; we will simply stop future automatic renewals.

Cancellations do not apply retroactively to orders already billed or processed.

 

2. Prepaid Packages (3, 6, and 12 Month)

Prepaid packages are one‑time purchases and do not auto‑renew.

Because these packages are billed upfront and prepared to order, they cannot be cancelled or refunded once the first month has been processed.


3. Cut‑Off Dates for New Orders

By the Seasons operates on a monthly production cycle:

  • Orders placed on or before the 21st of the month receive the following month’s edition.

  • Orders placed after the 21st receive the edition for the month after next.

These cut‑off dates apply to:

  • new monthly subscriptions

  • prepaid packages

Back‑catalogue purchases are not tied to this cycle.


4. Updating Your Information

You are responsible for ensuring your:

  • delivery address

  • payment method

  • subscription settings

are accurate and up to date in the Appstle customer portal.

Changes made after your billing date may not apply until the next cycle.


5. How to Manage Your Subscription

All subscription management can be done via the secure link emailed to you upon purchase.
