By the Seasons

Every month tells a new story

Welcome

By the Seasons is a monthly mail club inspired by the natural rhythm of the year. Each month, members receive a handmade collection of art, recipes, rituals, and a personal letter, designed to follow the seasons as they unfold. Each edition is created with intention, inviting you to slow down, notice the month you’re in, and move at a quieter pace.

Membership

Once you become a member, you will receive a curated envelope at the beginning of each month, containing an original art print, a vegetarian recipe card, a seasonal rituals card, a sticker, a bonus item, and a personal letter. All thoughtfully packaged in our bespoke ‘field notes’ wrapping and presented in a themed illustrated envelope. The concept of snail mail is rooted in the joy of receiving something tangible, slowing down, and building a community around shared interests and ideas.

Every envelope is designed, printed and packed to order by Roxanne in her home studio. Carefully selected materials are used throughout, with recycled, recyclable, and environmentally certified options prioritised wherever possible.

About

By the Seasons was founded by Roxanne, a UK-based creative. Her work is shaped by time spent exploring outdoors with her dog, creating in the kitchen, reading, and painting. She especially loves spending time at her local community kitchen garden, learning about homegrown produce and developing new seasonal recipes.
