By the Seasons sends each monthly edition by post, prepared and packaged with care. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, how delivery works, and what to expect each month.


1. Shipping Schedule

Monthly Mail Club

Each edition is designed, printed, and assembled in the weeks leading up to the new month. We aim for all monthly envelopes to arrive at the beginning of the month.

Your first edition depends on when you place your order:

  • Orders placed on or before the 21st of the month → receive the following month’s edition (e.g., orders placed up to 21 March receive the April edition)

  • Orders placed after the 21st of the month → receive the edition for the month after next (e.g., orders placed after 21 March receive the May edition)

This schedule ensures we have enough time to prepare and post each edition.

Prepaid Packages

Prepaid packages follow the same monthly cycle. Your first edition will be determined by the cut‑off dates above.

Back Catalogue Purchases

Back catalogue items are shipped separately and are not tied to the monthly cycle. These are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services. Most UK orders arrive within the first week of the month, though delays can occur due to seasonal volume or postal disruptions.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are included in the price of the subscription.


4. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct and up to date in your Appstle subscription portal or at checkout.

We cannot replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


5. Lost or Delayed Mail

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement where possible.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We will happily send a like‑for‑like replacement where stock allows.
