What is a mail club?
A mail club is a monthly subscription delivered by post that includes a themed package of creative goods. The concept is rooted in the joy of receiving something tangible, slowing down, and building a community around shared interests and ideas.
With By the Seasons, each monthly edition is created as a complete, considered collection. The artwork, recipe, rituals, and written pieces are all shaped by a shared seasonal theme.
Each edition centres around an original artwork featuring a UK animal active during that month, shown in motion and accompanied by a small, imaginative detail.
What's included?
Each edition includes:
- A 5 × 7 original artwork, hand-signed and printed on high-quality art paper
- A vegetarian recipe card featuring a vegetable of the month
- A rituals card with thoughtful prompts for the month
- A small seasonal sticker
- A personal letter
Everything is carefully wrapped and presented as a complete collection, using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.

How it works
Memberships are paid monthly. You can also choose to make a one-time payment for 3, 6, or 12 months — either for yourself or as a gift.
Sign-ups for each edition close on the 21st of the month. For example, join before 21 February to receive the March edition.
To keep the process manageable, memberships are limited. If an edition is full, sign-ups will close, and a waitlist will open for the following month.
